The J.Y.B. focuses on total person development with specific individual skill-development in a team-oriented environment…in fact, it’s more like a family.

So it starts with family and academics, and then we handle our business after that on the court by enhancing each player’s individual skill set within the framework of team growth. We believe teams get better when they are comprised of individual players who are consistently focused on improving and enhancing their skill sets. The JYB seeks to foster an environment of opportunity, growth, and development for young men in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
